Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

The average delivery time is 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may be extended during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.


Shipping Method & Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier located in China.
As a result, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Rates may vary based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns Policy after delivery.


Shipping Responsibility

  • If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered, responsibility rests with the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
